William Culbert founded WCC Assessments with a single conviction: technical training must translate to employable, deployable skill. With a background spanning electrical compliance, solar delivery and skills development, William built WCC from a Pretoria base into a nationally recognised, multi-vertical accredited provider โ with institutional procurement capability, M&E infrastructure and a delivery team that operates at SETA, municipal and corporate scale.
